The return policy of Minicab Alperton intends to inform the customers about the pay back/repayment if certain situation arises. The payment will be paid back through the same method that was used to pay service charges. That is, refunding can be done through debit card, credit card or cash payment. After receiving the refunding request, the process of reimbursement will be completed within 48 hours.

If the repayment to the original card is hampered due to reasons (outside the control of Minicab Alperton), then a cheque will be issued in favor of the cardholder.
