Terms And Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions establish the agreement between you and Minicab Alperton. By booking a taxi and using our service, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.


In this agreement, "Minicab Alperton," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.


2.1 It is your responsibility to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival. This includes airport transfers where adherence to check-in times is critical. We shall not be held responsible for any delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or your unavailability at the designated pickup time.

2.2 You are responsible for booking a vehicle that accommodates all passengers and luggage adequately. We do not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage. Please note that any child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 For passengers requiring wheelchair access, please request this at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on the information provided by you. Unless specified otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added if applicable. We reserve the right to revise the quoted price if there are substantial changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and airport parking costs. Any waiting time beyond this will be subject to our standard waiting rate. While we make efforts to monitor flight details and adjust our service for delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote from us, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Minicab Alperton of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any cleaning costs for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by a passenger will be charged.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children in the vehicle should be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not authorized to carry more passengers than allowed by licensing or insurance.


5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Minicab Alperton, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation, after the vehicle has been dispatched, may incur charges based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 If you booked through our online system and cancel before dispatch, an original payment charge may be applied.


6.1 While we make every effort to ensure a punctual arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. Under no circumstances will Minicab Alperton be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown during your journey with Minicab Alperton, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle to complete your journey promptly.

6.4 You shall not hold Minicab Alperton responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by any member of your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter declared unenforceable by applicable laws.


7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any passenger places a vehicle or driver at risk through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.


8.1 We may subcontract our obligations as stated in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We may amend these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please regularly review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Minicab Alperton and you.

8.5 No provision in these terms and conditions is intended to confer any benefit on a third party. Third parties have no right to enforce rights under this agreement unless a written agreement has been established.


Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Minicab Alperton is not obligated to consider claims or disputes submitted after this timeframe.
